Got a problem? Here’s the fix
Video download links are sent by email
Your video downloads are available from the order confirmation page after you have paid, and are also emailed to you.
If you don’t receive your videos it’s probably for one of three reasons:
- • you typed your email incorrectly at checkout
- • you gave us a different email address to the one you're checking
- • our automated email went into your spam / junk mail folder (take a look)
Email downloads@video125.co.uk if you can't find it.
Downloading on a computer
Click the link in the email to go to a web page which lists your video downloads. Click each one to transfer them to your computer, to keep and watch whenever you like.
We recommend using a free download manager like Down Them All to download large files faster, and without worrying about the connection dropping and breaking the download.
Downloading on a mobile phone or tablet
Make sure you're connected to wifi. Don't download our large video files over your mobile phone network without checking your network data charges first, as this could be slow and expensive.
You may need to specify where you'd like to save your video file.
Once it's saved, you should be able to open the file in a media player.
