The video stops before the end

If the video stops playing before it reaches the end, that's because when your computer was downloading the file, the connection dropped before the whole file was saved to your computer, so the file is incomplete.

Re-download the file and try again.

We recommend using a free download manager add-on for your web browser, so you can download large files faster, and without worrying about the connection dropping and breaking the download.
